Hi all
Well, its been an interesting week!. We have (had) 2 dogs both Jack Russells, Benson who has been with us for 5 years, and Alfie, who i got for my partner last January for her birthday.
All has been well over the months, until recently when the two of them have started to be jealous of each other. Then last sunday, they had an almighty fight. Alfie, although only 12 months old is far stockier and stronger than Benson and drew blood. we seperated them eventually, but next morning they resumed the fight!!. I cant allow anything to happen to Benson, and although i love them both to bits, Benson will always come first.
As it happens we were due to go over to my daughters in Liverpool and she said she be only too happy to take Alfie in.
We miss him terribly, but he seems to be settling in ok( fingers crossed). I'll keep you posted on his progress.
On a more lighter note, we have had a quiet xmas with my mam here to stay for the holiday.
I got some nice bits from Arnje, a new ipod, a decent electric shaver, amongst other things. And among the stuff i got her, she seems to like and appreciate the DS.
As for Poker, ive been focusing mainly on Multi tournaments on Crypto with very little success this week, compered to my good run of 3 weeks ago. (As that was all before i started this blog, i wont go into the details). However on xmas eve, i played a good bit of cash games. Managed to end the night with a tidy profit. Played at 25p/50p stakes and with an initial £65 i ended play with £433.50!. So not a bads evenings work. Though i have to say, some of the players i was up against on one particular table wont be winning any WSOP titles!!.
I'll try and keep this blog updated as often as i can, not sure if anyone will see it, and im not really sure wether thats the reason i have created it!!, maybe its just a bit of the self analysis thing!!, who knows!
I intend to hit the multis quite severely today, and i'll let you know how things panned out.
